Rope access can make any area accessible. In height or depth, there are always rope access solutions to reach an 'inaccessible' area.
SAFETY:
Rope access when carried out in accordance to the IRATA guidelines, is a safe way of working. Technicians are attached to two independent anchor points, so there is always a backup line present.
COST EFFECTIVE:
Rope access is a very cost effective access method. Rope access technicians can complete more tasks in less time and remove the requirement & costs for traditional access methods which in turn reduce project times/costs resulting in increased production.
FAST:
A rope access system can be quickly constructed and dismantled. Therefore, it can be quickly set-up and taken down as needed and suitable for urgent assignments.
MININMAL INCONVIENENCE:
Rope access takes up very little space compared to other working methods, which means that the inconvenience for other operations and surrounding areas is kept to a minimum.
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY:
Rope access methods leave a minimal footprint on the surrounding environment compared to traditional access methods. There is no requirement for fuel or electricity to access even the most difficult areas.
FLEXIBILITY:
Rope access provides greater flexibility. A change in weather conditions or project priorities can be easily accommodated unlike the hire and transportation of traditional access equipment.
